It has been a privilege to work alongside Nnenna. As a facilitator, Nnenna has the unique ability to have participants feel seen/heard; and as a colleague, her joy and warmth lifts up staff morale. Nnenna's combination of design and facilitation allows her to create impactful learning experiences for a variety of audiences.

Participating in the UC Women's Initiative Program was amazing and Nnenna contributed a great deal to that experience. As the lead facilitator, she created a learning environment that allowed participants to be both focused (on the learning objective) and vulnerable (accepting of individual differences and experiences). I thought that was a necessary approach to achieve the goal of the program. I thoroughly enjoyed our meetings. I learned a great deal and had fun. She knew just the right music to get people engaged! Thank you Nnenna!
