Supply Planning: Leading system improvement for the supply planning process, which includes material requirement planning (MRP) & Production planning process. Procurement Process: leading the procurement team / procedures in managing spend with external suppliers. Import& Export Management: championing the import & export planning process including regulations and strategy, documentation, relationship with the various government agencies such as Nigeria customs, SON, NAFDAC and etc. Warehouse Operations: leading the warehouse operation process, including standardization of the warehouse processes .
