Neil is one of those quiet little gems. His unassuming nature masks a huge depth of insight, knowledge and capability. I found Neil to be great to work with and often walked away knowing more than I started with. It is no surprise to me that his career has gone from strength to strength since.

I have been working with Neil for over two years. He organises the whole development team. He is in charge of managing people, arranging meetings, planning tasks and reviewing them. Neil is a progressive leader. He is always approachable and open for suggestions. He regularly tries to find the best possible option that satisfies everyone. He knows how to delegate the right tasks to the right people. His advice is always effective. In addition to that, Neil is also a skilful developer and impressive problem solver who is able to address complex issues with good strategy. He is so diligent from my perspective, he puts a lot of effort into everything he does. Working with him was really my pleasure.

      - Recruited as the first member of the development team, responsible for hiring and managing the rest of the team. I handled the entire recruitment process and put together a solid team of Thai and expat software engineers.- Prioritised all tasks, design solutions, assign tasks, review all code as well as personally tackling some of the most difficult tasks.- Within 7 months I had hired a team and built an MVP. This allowed the whole business to pivot from a outsourced technology education provider to a PAAS provider with associated curriculum and teacher support.Technologies: React.js, Redux, Node.js, webpack, nginx, Amazon Web Services, Redis, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, SASS, PostgreSQL
