  Maintenance of mobile/fixed crushing (jaw and cone) and screening machines. The task included maintenance planning, fault findings, modifications and repairs. Designing of small components for maintenance. drawings via Solidworks and inventor software as well as dxf's for quotations. Involvement in building of fixed plants projects, project planning and control, budgeting and cost control. Been involved in site maintenance in various sites here in South Africa and had a chance to go to other sites in Mozambique. I learnt that proper maintenance ensures returns on investments. - Stripping and assembling of mechanical components transmissions (gearboxes), valves, hydraulic motors and pumps. - Maintenance of lockotracks (drive trains) - Fitting of hydraulic pipes on a machine (able to read hydraulic circuits). - Faultfinding, preventative maintenance planning. - Project planning, control and budgeting. - Mechanical Engineering design, drafting (Solidworks, CAD Inventor & basics of Pro Engineer). - Site and workshop maintenance. - Assemble of large machinery Show less
