Nkosi got me through one of the most challenging times in my life. I had taken a fairly serious fall on a long hike and damaged my back. The first time I saw him I could not climb onto the table unassisted and without experiencing an incredible amount of pain. His expertise and incredible therapeutic manner encouraged me and gave me hope that I could return to a pain free existence. It took a long, long time, but he was patient and diligent and consistent and week by week we saw improvement, until eventually I had no pain and could return to physical activities that I had been prevented from enjoying. Subsequently, I have also seen Nkosi for simple relaxation massage, which he is also great at, but I will forever be grateful for our first endeavour together, which fixed something I thought was unfixable.
