  I handle and manage an 8 hour shift and sometimes more. Ensuring operations run smoothly from the chef to the server, from the barista to the server and from the latter to the guest. Ensuring opening and closing checklists are done upon start and end of shift. Ensure staff are briefed on the days special and informed of any new menu items. Ensure products are well packaged, dated and well stored. Receive supplies , sign invoices and mail them to finance offices. Allocate duties to staff and follow up on their completions. Ensure all foods dispatched from the kitchen and drink from the bar are in good condition , appearance and well prepared before reaching the guests. Anticipate guests needs before they arise. Handle complains and feedbacks professionally by being empathetic with guests and ensuring they have a reason to visit again.. Show less
