I currently dispatch fuel deliveries all across California. Multi-task across multiple tools and resources while providing excellent customer satisfaction. Schedule shifts for up to 30 drivers at a time, all while keeping track of deliveries that are being ran on drivers that are on the clock. It is a front line operation and customer service position. I am responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching deliveries all while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, productivity, safety, and efficiency. Addressing problems; listening and deploying processes to increase customer satisfaction.
