  For two years the development environment consisted of 8086 Assembly, C++ and OWL on PC's under MS-Windows 3.x. The previous environment was the c language and x86 assembler under Tandy's proprietary GUI, DeskMate. As senior engineer my responsibilities included product concepts, module coding and user interface design, and technical leadership for a group of four. The telephony-based project included providing technical coordination over multiple groups and applications regarding module cohesion and working with outside vendors to enhance our application needs. As a software engineer my responsibilities included working on multiple applications analyzing and defining software efficiency problems with in-house Windows look alike GUI core systems.
