They wanted to move to Siebel so that they can use the Case management module of Siebel Public Sector. I was responsible for Loading Legacy data into Siebel using EIM. This functionality helped them to modify and view old cases in Siebel which were handled earlier in legacy Länsförsäkringar provides Insurance and Banking solutions in Sweden. They were using Siebel 8.0 Financial Services. I modified and created new Smart scripts at Länsförsäkringar which helped them to understand Insurance requirements of the end customers through script inputs.
