  Key Tasks Assisted Across the Tenures:-  Finance & Accounts  Routine accounting of area including accounts receivable & payable reconciliation, bank reconciliation & sales accounting.  Reconciliation of various account heads, Ensuring proper internal controls and meeting statutory audit requirements.  Ensure maintenance of proper record for the purpose of Statutory & Internal audit.  Credit Management, Sales Accounting, Revenue & Risk Management  Monitoring of overdue with customers & collection status.  Financial evaluation & ratio analysis of dealers.  Risk management of customers.  Handling other Customer issues like credit notes, debit notes, Cash Discount, ledger queries.  Statutory Compliance & Sale Tax  Preparation and submission of documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements of govt. departments like Sales Tax and Service Tax dept.  Preparation and submission of Quarterly/Yearly TDS return  Preparation and filling of Service Tax Return.  Take care for timely submission of VAT & CST and filling of sales tax return for all the three locations.  General Administration, CFA & MIS Reporting  Track the renewals of contractual agreements, insurance policies for on-time renewals, preparation of claim documents and liaison for speedy settlement of claims.  Providing support function to sales team & overall office administration.  Coordination with CFA to Process CFA bills, Transport Bills and Monthly MIS like sale tax details.  Regional Activities:  Bank Reconciliation of collection A/c for North.  Follow up for Statutory Compliance for north India branches and reporting to RM Fin.  Monthly reporting to RM Fin North for credit limit enhancement given to Customers Show less
