   Meticulously planned and executed overall connectorization activities pertaining to a defence vessel.  Conceptualized connectorization inventory and minimum stock level at boat level and was instrumental in implementation of the same across projects.  Proactively prepared connectorization scope documents and gap documents which are informative for connectorization activities for production.  Effectively coordinated to obtain the requisite quality clearances from customer pertaining to electrical control systems.  Successfully correlated termination procedure/end fittings with the physical equipment and technical requirements for electro-mechanical systems.  Actively involved in Removing NVAs in connectorization activities such as (a) BOM porting (b) manual creation of Kits (c) PO release for kits (d) delivery of kits to production.  Conceptualized and formulated the Electrician Information System to ease production to raise kits required for connectorization and to keep a track on the tools used by electricians to do the job.  Attended training sessions in ECIL Hyderabad to gain knowledge on procedures and materials involved in connectorization and training sessions was given to production in order to improve the quality of the job.  TCD mismatches of all systems were studied and resolved by co-ordinating with all stake holders.  Proficiently prepared the gland plate drilling drawings pertaining to a defence vessel by undertaking an in depth study of system requirements.
