  Spare management: Planning and coordination of all the Scheduled and Unscheduled Material requirements of all B747-400 fleets of aircrafts.  Assist Material Manager in the revision of spares and material requirements; recommend and implement changes to inventory.  RFQ and Purchase orders generation for re-provisioning of consumables and expendable materials for the ATC aircraft fleet.  Handling AOG situations in terms of materials and work closely with maintenance planning, stores and logistics department to recover AOG aircraft.  Issue open order reports. Establish BER condition for materials and manage scrap reports.  Verify the ARC’s (FAA 8130, EASA Form 1/ Dual Release forms) and teardown reports for the repaired and overhaul parts and forward to tech records team. Material Planning: Analyze the material issue report on a daily basis to forecast and generate stock replenishment report for procurement.  Select interchangeable for spares demanded & Assisting in reviewing technical documents (IPC, CMM, AMM, AD, SB) pertaining to part number creation.  Liaise with maintenance planning and issue component forecast report for the hard time and Life limited parts for its timely service and replacement.  Liaise with production planning to support the aircraft scheduled and unscheduled checks by ensuring the material availability against various work orders.  Generate yearly inventory budget report for higher management.
