  Job Responsibilities: - Lead the facility management team at Clifton Springs Hospital. This will include Managing the 3 shifts and daily complaints. o Handling water plant. (Domestic water supply, RO water supply, Water supply for Chiller plant, Hot water supply) o Handling Lift maintenance, AMC, Lift Insurance, Govt. Approval. o Handling DG maintenance, AMC, Daily HSD Requirement and Consumption Report. o Operation & Maintenance of Electrical, HVAC equipments, Chiller Plant, Electrical Distribution Panels, Plumbing and other utilities. o Managing Civil Denting and Painting work and Civil Projects and Horticulture. o Handling Fire safety systems, AMC, Govt. Approval. o Coordinating resolution on breakdowns/issues raised by specified sites as per defined SLA. o Formatting and monitoring implementation of preventive maintenance schedules. o Coordinating with OEM services obligation as per AMC and in case of any breakdown of the system. o Hands on experience on HOTO (Handover-Takeover) from projects and allied parties. Documentation To maintain site related drawings layout etc. Implementation of site specific procedures, process and work schedules. Ensuring documentation of all PM records and Equipment related details. Maintain compliance as per department needs, audit procedures and management policy. MIS and Energy related documentation.
