I had the pleasure of working with Nita at McKenzie Books and TechTwice in 2016 and wanted to expound on Nita's exceptional work ability. First, Nita is a process driven individual and extremely thorough and methodical about documenting, tracking and looking for opportunities to improve processes within the company. Her analytical acumen is second to none as well as her attention to detail on every aspect of the business that we worked on together. She also listens and solicits input from others which is an exceptional trait to have in a manager. Second, she is an excellent manager - motivating her employees through positive feedback, using constructive criticism and leading by example. Her work ethic sets the bar for her employees and Nita is not only an effective leader, but a mentor to her employees. She's also not at all reluctant to jump in and get her hands dirty every day and that kind of dedication to her work is rare and a valued asset to any company. Lastly, I had the opportunity to work with Nita on several projects and looked forward to the time we spent working together each day. Her focus and determination to complete the projects on time, complete and on budget is exceptional. Nita is also compassionate and cares about those that she works with and manages - it was truly my honor to work with Nita at McKenzie Books/Techtwice. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommend Nita for any operations or management position.

I worked with Nita for nearly 9 years and would put her at the top of my list for organization, dedication, reliability and compassion. Nita works as McKenzie Books’ Operations Supervisor and continually goes above and beyond expectations while maintaining quality results. Her impressive leadership skills are achieved through listening, motivating and growing her employees. She creates an environment that assures the employees they are respected and valued. The results are low turnover, positive atmosphere and high productivity. I have been consistently impressed with her can-do attitude at work, her performances on the job and her initiative ideas to improve the logistics operations. She has demonstrated the ability to take on new opportunities and create processes that improved efficiency and accuracy. She thrives on problem solving, planning, decision making and execution which is critical in her role. Nita would be an outstanding asset to any company and I couldn’t recommend her enough.
