  Execution of Commercial Investment-Sales Reduction Activities . Application of all voucher activities that are carried out to drive short term incremental sales, market share, stock clearance or as a response to competition in our internal system. Validation of all claims, thorough verification of all the debit notes received against gift voucher activities carried out by the business partners based on the direction from the product managers. Ensuring settlement of CI Claim is done after 90 days of completion of an activity. Comparison of provisions against actual claim received to know the sales reduction variance i.e., actual v/s budget. Scrutinizing the sell- out data received from the business partner along with the debit notes. Communication with the business partners on a regular basis to ensure good relation and smooth running of the process. Changes in the price of the products are made on request of the product managers. Stock compensation against the price drops is executed after validating the stocks and the Freight on-board(FOB) prices of the models. Providing a high level of financial support, challenge and control for the marketing teams. Provide management with relevant financial information as requested. Creation of provisions as requested by the product managers. Informing the product managers of the impact of a claim on the Profit & Loss account. Submission of ad hoc data requests where required.
