Bio
Howard Kung, CPA, MBA, FACHE, FHFMA
Nisheeta and I worked together on a high-visibility project to improve Revenue Capture after an EHR implementation at UCLA Health. During that time, Nisheeta worked very effectively with a multidisciplinary team of executives, administrators, and clinicians on a daily basis until the team was able to meet its goals. Nisheeta has excellent facilitation skills in getting small and large groups to come to a consensus and make decisions through meaningful dialogue.
Nilam Patel, MPH
Nisheeta and I worked together on a clinical care redesign project to improve value for the Breast Cancer service line at Stanford's Center for Clinical Excellence for 3 months. During this time, Nisheeta was the project lead and worked with me on data analyses and presentations to our clinical and administrative leaders. I observed Nisheeta present with confidence and engage leaders in meaningful discussions during meetings. She also served as an informal mentor, during which time I learned how to structure data analyses to tell a clinically relevant narrative.
