      Working at the heritage resorts “Domaine de Bel-Ombre” Was very challenging, the first months I felt as if it was a school month, I had to learn a lot, I have discovered a lot. My role was an I.T system support, we had 6 Property to handle, Heritage Awali, Heritage Le Telfair, Heritage the villas, Heritage le chateau, Heritage Golf club and C Beach club. I was responsible of daily and weekly back up, ensure internet connection all over the Domaine, Check if all the interface and file server are responding properly, give user assistance from distance through Tight VNC, update APK and diagnostic internet issue, Front office tablet users such as the admin laptops and computer. I have also become more familiar with server rooms and switch, patch panels, IP Phone, IP Tv, and many more. After this experience I can say now I am capable of handling loads of pressure and also act as a manager because I have been through a lot of projects where I had to play the role of an IT manager and effectively, I have completed the projects positively and in the given time. It was a very good experience I got the opportunity to learn a lot, in other words I would say after my experience at Heritage resorts, I can say now I have been graduated. Show less
