Job Responsibilities: Liaising with the operations department to ensure the smooth flow of the business activities and produce optimum result. Management Reporting, prepare financial reports on an ad hoc basis as requested by management. Prepare and review monthly analytical schedules, account roll forwards, lead schedules, account reconciliations and variance analysis. Liaising with Auditors for Statutory Audit, SOX Audit, Internal Audit, Client Audit etc. Shared receivable services for all the Agencies of business, plus Corp. receivables. Assist in the design of and instituting all aspects of the department’s Oracle software conversions, which included contracts, participations, and AR roll forward. Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting which includes multiple borrowing base reports, corporate AR board schedule preparation, revenue recognition schedules, prepare forecast reports, bad debt analysis and aging reports..
