It is my pleasure to write a recommendation for Nisha. In my role as New Zealand Operations Manager, Nisha reported directly to me as part of the customer care team. The customer care team was newly formed as a split away from the hunter sales team, and focused on proving excellent phone based account management and sales to existing customers. Being a newly formed team all processes and systems were new to the customer care team as well as the greater team. Ambitious KPI's were implemented around calls, CRM activity and revenue targets. Nisha was a star performer and worked hard to meet her individual targets as well as the team targets. She was a consistent high performer who always made herself available to the rest of the team in true team spirit. Ambitious and self-motivated Nisha just got on with doing what was expected, and would reach-out if she needed help or guidance. The SOLIDWORKS product contained a full suite of solutions for the Manufacturing industry and Nisha took care to fully understand the product suite to ensure conversations with customers were knowledgeable and provided genuine value. She understood the unique value proposition and adhered to the 'Ci way' while observing the company values of being customer centric and performance driven. Nisha achieved the TOP GUN highest performing customer care team member for the month and the quarter on a regular basis across the wider Australian and New Zealand teams. I wish Nisha well.
