I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Nisar for many years. We worked together in the University of Central Asia's Communications & Marketing Office during a critical juncture when UCA was launching it's first campus and undergraduate programmes. It was a unique experience to work under his wing and learn so many best practices as they relate to corporate communications, marketing, public affairs and much more. Nisar is a rare individual and someone you rarely meet! He is fierce, passionate and an outstanding communicator and change agent. I miss working with him and have no hesitation in recommending him highly to anyone who can benefit from the great things Nisar does.
