  Duties in brief  Assist in implementing measuring and recording of data relating to the advance vine’s agronomy.  Assist in reviewing vineyards development planning and execution to achieve higher yield utilizing with available resources.  Assist in programming of plant nutrient, weedicide, and fungicide programs (Spray Plan) and making vineyards budget for agrochemicals inputs.  Ensure all spray records are kept up to date and accurate (Grape web & Grape link)  Monitor plant growth and health in vineyards regularly (Nutrient imbalances, Pests and Diseases Monitoring and other)  Yield Estimation (After pruning, Flowering and version)  Conduct bud Dissection to determine the pruning level to achieve the target yield.  Conduct maturity test during harvesting, record, and report to the Duxton vinery.  Liaise with external growers, filed visit, overall vineyards monitoring and testing maturity during harvest periods.  Collect soil and plant tissue samples and sent them to test in third party laboratories.  Interpret soil & and plant tissue test results and advice farms managers to correct the nutrient imbalance.  Liaise with government institution and other organisation to obtain up to date technical advises, materials and training.  Assist external organisation to access the vineyards and work with them in the collaborative research project such as national soil survey and Botrytis management projects.  Attend vineyards WHS meetings and fortnight progress meetings.  Participate in internal and External audit programs Vineyards HACCP audit and Sustainable Wine growing Australia.
