These attributes were clearly evident during our time as volunteers at Scholars Jatim, particularly during Batch 4 when we both served in the Empowerment and Development division. Nisa consistently approached her job with meticulous attention to detail and punctuality. Her abilities extended beyond this point, as we continued our collaboration into Batch 5, albeit in different roles. Nisa's exceptional performance and her humble and approachable nature led to her being appointed as the leader for Scholars Jatim Batch 5. As her responsibilities grew, so did her performance. Nisa demonstrated great responsibility in managing multiple teams and was always ready to lend a helping hand when challenges arose. Through our various volunteer experiences together, I have come to regard Nisa as someone who takes her tasks seriously and is adept at fostering strong relationships within the team. Her loyalty to the organization is truly remarkable.

Nisa is my exchange partner during the international student exchange, namely the International Credit Transfer held by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) in 2021-2022. For 1 semester, I was particularly impressed by Nisa's ability to communicate with Russian native speaker and learn the theory and practice during the classes of Introduction to the Russian Language and Academic English. In addition, Nisa has professional Skill to handle the productivity between International Exchange and College. Nisa has grown to master the course and obtained an "A" on the final transcript. It's an incredible experience to study together with her.
