Engaging VLEs as BCs of Bank under PMJDY. Organizing workshop on banking services. Project Management including Planning, Monitoring, Management& Reporting NPR Biometric Enrolment (BME) work across identified districtsPlanning:• Review and propose suitable modification to the action plan of execution of Biometric Enrolments and Biometric Data Center (BMDC) operations• Design an effective communication plan for Biometric Enrollments under NPR processMonitoring:• Monitor activities undertaken by Central Public Sector Entities (CPSEs) & Enrolment Agencies (EAs) as per the action plan • Monitor that BME schedule is executed as per the plan considering timely scheduling of BME Camps, requisite number of Biometric kits deployed and operational, coverage of Population & Other parameters as per RGI/District Administration priorities Management:• Liaison with District Administrations and other stakeholders• Ensure that NPR Process execution is in adherence to the priorities & guidelines set by ORGI from time to time• Suggest process improvement to all the stakeholders for improving the efficiency for timely completion of work• Work back with Central PMU (EY) and DCO and other stakeholders to implement guidelines, create templates and checklist(s) for smooth execution of BME • Analyze the inspection reports of BME Camps & propose course corrections as per terms/ conditionsReporting:• Collate reports from BMDC camps / all BME camps running in the state through & compile status as well as Issues / observations along with probable solutions on a daily basis• Provide regular reports to EY’s Central PMU team (Delhi) for review and course correction
