I had the pleasure of working with Nipuni while she was a JLD Student Assistant for my dept. at the TWU Career Connection Center. Nipuni was responsible for tracking part-time employment of University students both on and off campus. This required the use of online systems, a great deal of work in Excel, and cold calling local employers. Through Nipuni’s efforts, her student team was able to track over $1,000,000.00 of earnings by TWU students in the first year of this program. Nipuni worked tirelessly, often in challenging situations, to solve complexed data problems, and to find ways to improve our often very manual processes. She always received feedback in a positive manner, and she always brought refreshing solutions to the table. I would strongly endorse Nipuni for any opportunity your company may have.
