I didnt report directly to Nipun, but Nipun was one of the BAs I looked up to in Camms. Nipun has strong stakeholder and expectation management skills and was wearing multiple hats. Nipun had a lot of responsibilities in his hands and that should be evidence to how much you can have faith in Nipun as he is someone who gets things done, and is also very approachable. He has a strong grip of agile and was one of the few people who taught me what being agile was really about and was instrumental in our organization adopting it.
