I am thrilled to recommend Ninon Rogers without reservation for a role as an Executive Assistant / Administrative Business Partner / Project Manager. I worked with Ninon for three years at Sidewalk Labs and I can say without hesitation that she is a hard-working, conscientious, and collaborative team player. She was hired as my Executive Assistant when I was relatively new to Sidewalk, having joined as the Head of Corporate Development in December 2018. Ninon got up to speed rapidly and seamlessly and multiplied the effectiveness of the Corporate Development team as well as me personally. Ninon’s role developed as I was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2019 and then to President & COO in 2020. She prioritized my calendar as my responsibilities grew; she used her emotional intelligence to keep me informed of team dynamics as the company pivoted its strategy and direction; and she executed events that positively impacted Sidewalk’s culture. Throughout her tenure, Ninon proved herself to be a high-performing executive assistant and more broadly, a valued member of the Sidewalk Labs team. Ninon has a variety of strengths that I observed and came to depend on that would make her an ideal addition to any team: - High intelligence and good judgment – There is no substitute for raw horsepower, and Ninon has it - Collaborative, team player – Works without ego and is always willing to help out colleagues who, in 360 reviews, consistently called out her proactivity in helping others - Resilience – I admired how Ninon juggled all of the demands of the Covid/work from home era, plus a lot of changes at Sidewalk Labs during our tenures, all the while keeping the trains running smoothly. - Integrity and honesty - I trusted Ninon with confidential information on a regular basis, without reservation In February 2022 Sidewalk Labs, up until then an Alphabet-backed company, integrated into Google proper and Ninon was asked to work on the transition team. Having finished that work she is now looking for her next career move and I only wish I could bring her with me to my new role (unfortunately based in Chicago while Ninon remains in NYC). Otherwise I would be thrilled to have her working with me and my new team. I am available to any recruiter wishing to learn more about Ninon.

Intersection runs on Ninon. In an organization that relies so heavily on teamwork, Ninon is an indispensable coordinator and facilitator who is efficient, smart, and organized. Ninon has great attention to detail and I always felt confident that any meeting or effort that we undertook that she had organized would have even more finishing touches than expected, even if time was short.

Decades of prescriptive aid programs have sidelined the poor from the very programs meant to uplift them. Spark invests in community solutions, recognizing that local families are best equipped to make decisions about local development. Spark trains governments and civil society groups in a streamlined village planning process paired with a seed grant that equips families to launch projects of their choice, such as a school or a farm. Since 2010, Spark has enabled over 180 villages to drive local change across five countries with 91% project sustainability, 94% of villages continuing to meet on a regular basis, and 87% of communities starting projects independently after the Spark process has finished.
