  Optimizing all FNG brands – Miss Etam, Steps, PROMISS, Expresso, Claudia Strater and CKS – on the Wehkamp platform. This means:- Tracking performance and act accordingly (this varies from counselling FNG in stock delivery or pricing to setting up marketing activities);- Analyzing the collections of all FNG brands: exploring new possibilities, subsequently elaborating these opportunities specifically per brand;- Helping to improve (nett) sales by analyzing returns, bestsellers, slowsellers, conversion and more and thereafter, advising FNG in their set up for the upcoming seasons;- Communication point between Wehkamp and all FNG brands. Really fusing both needs, people and activities together as much as possible;- Delivering and implementing a strategic plan while turning to FNG as well as Wehkamp buyers to make sure all are on the same page;- Highlighting risks and opportunities per FNG brand while working towards improvement for each brand individually;- Optimizing the customer journey for all brands within Wehkamp;- Deliver marketing plans for all FNG brands: analyzing previous marketing activities and therefor compose new and improved marketing proposals bi-annually (while partnering with Wehkamp’s marketing service team) towards FNG. Also, I often try to overlap promo’s done by both companies so performance of marketing activities are maximized.
