I have been with Nino for the last 21 months at the University of Chicago Booth where I was in a group with him. The mix of the group was great but wouldn’t have been the same without Nino who made us like a project that would have been otherwise boring. Nino is intelligent and has a wacky sense of humor. The project we did was not his idea but he had the greatest passion and enthusiasm which made it a success. He involved us in his thinking and this made us feel part of the group, to me that is a testament of his great leadership skill. He listens to people and is genuinely very supportive. You cannot beat his upbeat mood.
