I have had the pleasure to work with Ninna, at the Comwell Hvide Hus in Aalborg. A hotel with a lot of history. Comwell hotels moved in, in 2014 after a new owner purchsed the hotel and a complete renovation. Comwell with Ninna and a few others at the helm, have restored the grandeur and prestige that this hotel once was. Ninna, had a key role in bringing the F&B department up to where it is today. Her excellence in organisation and management made her well admired among colleagues throughout the firm and community. Her dedication for the industry is without say, excellent. And even so for her staff. Ninna, I wish you all the best in the future. Looking forward to our paths will cross Again.

Restauranten fokuserer på fisk og skaldyr fra Limfjorden. December 2012 stoppede forpagteren som jeg var ansat ved. Unikke oplevelser og værtskab i særklasse!
