When I first started, I was maybe the only person offering dedicated coaching to esports athletes in Switzerland, and today, my esports organisation mYinsanity and myself become pioneers by launching a project called #mYindset.The goal of this project is to provide our athletes with a comprehensive support structure, offering coaching in various relevant aspects such as nutrition, exercise, performance, and mental coaching.

After working in the field of content creation for nearly 1.5 years, I was asked to accept a promotion to Head of Content. I was not able to do so because this new occupation would have required me to invest even more time and effort, which would have interfered with my university education and my other duties at mYinsanity. I, therefore, moved from Content into Merchandising and additionally received a position as a member of the management.

My interest in the wellbeing of our players and my education in psychology has led me to invest heavily in this field. In June 2018, I officially created the position of performance coach for mYinsanity.

I joined mYinsanity as a Social Media Manager and Writer for their Website. I posted on their Facebook page, Twitter, as well as Instagram. Additionally, I was the main face of their Youtube Chanel, interviewing our players and staff. We published 1 video per week, resulting in filming up to 12 videos per Event or LAN that we attended. This experience has allowed me to take my first steps in the swiss esports scene and provided me with uncountable insights and profound knowledge of this field.
