Totalansvar for alle enkeltprosjekter som leveres BP-opererte oljeinnstallasjoner i Baku, Azerbaijan. Rollen som Single Point of Contact (SPoC) mellom hovedkontoret i Kristiansand og regionskontoret i Baku innebar en stor mengde koordinering, god oversikt og tett oppfølging både av leveransenes kvalitet, kost og leveringstid innenfor alle tekniske disipliner og på tvers av bedriftens avdelinger. Rollen som SPoC innebar også ansvar for oppfølging av andre problemstillinger knyttet til samarbeidet mellom de to kontorene. Prosjektlederrollen krevde gode mellommenneskelige relasjoner, god koordinasjonevne, tydelig kommunikasjon både internt og eksternt, samt høyt kostfokus med et budsjettansvar på mellom 15 og 30 MNOK i året.
