My interaction with Nina was via virtual sessions, as we were in the period of the pandemic. The discussions were very transparent, and Nina’s friendly demeanor encourages one to open up and to have a frank conversation. The objective of the calls was to introspect, to understand one’s skills better, and to become more authentic. Nina prods you to explore avenues and then to zero on to a ‘’next steps approach‘’, that one owns and then strongly commits to. Like the movie ‘Inception’, Nina generates the kick-off to get an idea planted and we, as clients, take it forward as we own it from then on. Thanks, Nina, for the sessions and all the guidance provided, as they have definitely helped.
