Nina is a great EA, an excellent colleague, and would be an asset to any Senior Leader. We worked closely together during her employment at Redgate, in her role as the EA to the CEO, and mine as EA to the COO, which often saw us combining forces in support of our Executive Team and the wider business. As a seasoned EA, she comes with the full suite of required skills, and alongside her affable personality, she really was a pleasure to work with.

Nina was my executive assistant for the best part of a year at Redgate. Unfortunately a reorganisation meant that we had more EAs than we needed and Nina was made redundant. She's a trustworthy, proactive, flexible and experienced EA. For example, she ensured that my meetings went well by reminding participants of the upcoming meeting, ensuring that there was an agenda and making sure that I'd digested any pre-reading that needed to be done. If I needed to work late or at a weekend, she was able to provide cover for times like that too. She has the full range of EA skills and is able to deploy them effectively. She's also an excellent person, who is a pleasure to work with.
