Research is dedicated to developing machine learning algorithms to classification auditory illusion brain data, which are often connected with human attention function disorders such as Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) and Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Several approaches to classification and analyze data have been developed, including convolutional neural network with accuracy of 100% and several feature selection algorithms used together with simpler machine learning methods such as support-vector machine and random forest. Aside classification task, feature selection methods are being used to analyze that exactly data features correspond to auditory illusions processes. Data pre-processing was done using Matlab and MNE-Python, and Scikit-learn and PyTorch were used for developing machine learning methods.
