The objective of the thesis was to find out the core processes to be replaced by RPA by analysing large sets of the data, which was collected using qualitative method by conducting interviews with Finnair employees, doing workshops in the Cargo Control Center and studying RPA theoretically. As a result, five processes that can be robotized has been set. Among those, on the basis of KPIs identified by the author, the most efficient one has been selected.
