Account management includes monitoring dashboards and support requests, conducting quarterly review meetings and delivering refresher training. A versatile role in Business Development as Nicolab grew from 15 to 40 people strong. My role spanned across multiple departments from commercial to research. Marketing responsibilities included managing the development of a new website for Nicolab as well as content creation and running of social media channels. Additionally had to coordinate and plan for congresses and feature launches throughout the year. Set up and run Salesforce (Pardot) for email campaigns and automations.
