I co-ordinated a busy team of 10 Independent Sexual Violence Advocates, managing all operational and process aspects of the Advocacy service, alongside offering 1-1 support to survivors of sexual violence navigating the criminal legal system. • Provided specialist, trauma-informed advocacy support and guidance. • Managed referrals, enquiries, first contact/risk assessments and waiting list prioritisations for survivors aged 13+ across all 12 South London boroughs. • Led on developing new ways of evaluating the service, managing regular outcome reporting to funders, utilising quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills. • Designed and delivered database training and legacy workflow resources, to solve inconsistent working practice across the team and improve monitoring results. • Led on partnership working with the Metropolitan Police, Rape Crisis England & Wales and other third-sector agencies, contributing to policy work and sector-wide change. Key achievements: • Completed ISVA training, entirely re-designed waiting list systems to streamline staff workload, and built a new online referral process within first 6 months in post. • Proposed Brief Intervention model of provision to better respond to time-sensitive needs + worked with team member to develop and pilot this option over 6 months.
