  I co-ordinated a busy team of 10 Independent Sexual Violence Advocates, managing all operational and process aspects of the Advocacy service, alongside offering 1-1 support to survivors of sexual violence navigating the criminal legal system. • Provided specialist, trauma-informed advocacy support and guidance. • Managed referrals, enquiries, first contact/risk assessments and waiting list prioritisations for survivors aged 13+ across all 12 South London boroughs. • Led on developing new ways of evaluating the service, managing regular outcome reporting to funders, utilising quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills. • Designed and delivered database training and legacy workflow resources, to solve inconsistent working practice across the team and improve monitoring results. • Led on partnership working with the Metropolitan Police, Rape Crisis England & Wales and other third-sector agencies, contributing to policy work and sector-wide change. Key achievements: • Completed ISVA training, entirely re-designed waiting list systems to streamline staff workload, and built a new online referral process within first 6 months in post. • Proposed Brief Intervention model of provision to better respond to time-sensitive needs + worked with team member to develop and pilot this option over 6 months.   Sole administrative co-ordinator at the dedicated rape crisis centre for the entire Leeds metropolitan area. Business co-ordination: • Managed SARSVL’s contracts with freelancers and external suppliers, including bookkeeping, payroll, IT support, telecoms, health & safety and equipment hire. Supported Senior HR and Finance Manager with finance and recruitment related publicity and administration. • Oversaw all organisational policies and procedures and ensured their regular review at monthly Board meetings. Circulated papers and minuted staff and Board meetings. Fundraising and Communications: • Created and updated Canva social media content weekly, and website content monthly. • Wrote and sent monthly internal newsletters to staff, volunteers and Trustees, using Mailchimp. • Supported Senior Management with fundraising and volunteer recruitment. Key achievement: • Facilitated counselling provision for a waiting list of 180+ survivors by project managing a return to face-to-face working across multiple lockdowns, developing new internal C-19 processes, written guidance for staff and service users, and implementing and training staff to use new remote counselling software.
