When I first met Nina, I was amazed by both her charisma and dedication. She impressed me so much that I decided to offer her a position as an intern at my AR technology company, BUNDLAR. She turned out to be an exceptional asset to our company. Nina learns skills--especially technical skills--extremely quickly and has a fervor for taking on any challenge. Every time that I assigned her a task, Nina did an outstanding job. Nina possesses an extraordinary combination of both leadership and technical skills. I chose her to lead the other interns over the summer because she is a natural leader who manages others effectively. During her time as intern coordinator, she greatly contributed to a collaborative work environment and often stepped in to guide the other interns when I could not. I also chose her to lead the UI/UX testing for our software because of her excellent understanding of our technology. Nina is not afraid to speak up, ask for help, or offer her opinion when needed. She is highly creative, thinks outside of the box, and is always overflowing with new ideas, many of which we implemented into our company. Nina has been an absolute delight to work with and I highly recommend Nina for any internship, job, or otherwise.
