Nina is the liaison officer between area, state and private organizations and foreign professionals in similar fields. WTCI administers the International Visitors Program (IVP) on behalf the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program, the Foreign Service Institute, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Fulbright Program, the U.S. Library of Congress, and private entities such as local universities, Washington D.C. embassies and WTCI member companies. Nina ensures the success of the program through the best match-making among international professionals and their Maryland counterparts as well as seamless logistics. In her capacity, Nina manages all aspects of program implementation from proposal writing stages to budget management and oversight, program measurement and evaluation, etc. In addition, Nina is responsible for new clients generation and providing quality and efficient client services to a number of WTCI member companies.Nina also leads the initiatives for several other projects including IVP PR and outreach; identifying and attracting new revenue generating opportunities; WTCI internship program; WTCI volunteers coordination; and catering and other event planning needs for WTCI signature events.
