  I am the head of the acute team ind the department of elderly and disabled in the municipality of Odense. In the last year I have worked hard to close the cap between the Hospital and the municipality. My overall guideline in the work with the acute team is to do what is meaningful for the citizen. The main focus of the acute team is prehospital collaboration and prevention to keep citizens out of the hospital, when it is not needed. My mantra is "the right patient ind the right bed" I am a nurse with skills to continuously see possibilities and new ways to organize and collaborate. I have an unique insight in both sectors because of my my experience as a former charge nurse in the emergency department at Odense University Hospital.
