Nina and I worked together very closely while @Hays (on behalf of Honeywell) and we quickly became friends. Because all of our tasks included collaboration, team playing was something we both developed very well I believe. The most valuable lesson I learnt from Nina is excellent client management as she is extraordinary with people. Empathy is by far her top skill, as well as effective communication. Nina is also very resilient and doesn't give up easily. She has an energy to her that helps every stressful situation seem not that difficult to manage. She is creative with how she delivers and meets client's expectations, but can also follow process thoroughly. Nina is motivated, enthusiastic and a human asset to any RPO.
