  As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Unisoftwares, I'm responsible for working closely with the HR team to support recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. Other than recruitment I'm managing records of human resource working with us, supporting work environment activities, orientation sessions of newly joined resources and contributing my role to implement human resource policies.
