Power Management Business Unit Nine years experience with power management switching controllers/regulators. Develop test plans with design team to guarantee production limits of power management products. Responsible for characterization over extreme conditions (temperature, voltage, and current) to guarantee stringent specifications. Design and implement complete test system for a multi-chip module with integrated ADC, micro-controller, and power switches. Experience in testing analog to digital convertors (ADCs) with up to 14 bit accuracy. Guarantee parameters such as: SNR, SINAD, INL, DNL, THD, SFDR, gain error, offset error for all ADCs. Developed and released test hardware for first generation -48V Hot Swap Controller (LM5000 series devices). Create production test systems for a vast range of devices from three pin FETs to 48 pin micro-controllers. Leadership Mentored two college interns and one college hire. Manufacturing Work with overseas manufacturing engineers to ensure a seamless transition from R&D to manufacturing. Work closely with, and traveled to, overseas manufacturing plant to expedite production test system release to meet market demand.
