Having worked with Nimesh for 10+years, I find him to be both a personable and technically capable individual. He has demonstrated the ability to provide guidance to junior engineers, successfully support the development of complicated products and to collaborate with fellow engineers/colleagues. His insight/contributions to the test development community have been an asset of National Semiconductor and, now, to TI.

Nimesh is highly motivated and dedicated individual, with a good technical background to match. He consistently delivers high quality work products, meets or exceeds deadlines. Under a strict timeline on a recent project, he worked overtime and even travelled oversea to get it done on time. With his dedication, the samples were delivered to a high-end customer on time. He also assists his co-workers at every opportunity. I was fortunate to share the same cubicle with him for my first six years; he showed me the rope of how to become a good and efficient Test Development Engineer. He often takes time to come to our Design Review to give his inputs. He is a great asset here at National Semiconductor/Texas Instruments.
