- Conduct in-house HR trainings for Rank & File, Supervisory & Executive level Staffs - Assists in the strategic planning, implementation and introduction of projects for new systems in the field of Training & work towards Organizational Development - Plan and execute Training calendar, Prepare Annual Training Matrix - Conduct One to One sessions to efficiently identify the Performance Gaps - Assists in Performance Evaluation - Training Need Analysis & Interpretation. - Research and develop on the materials required for training. - Design, develop, and produce training materials (e.g., facilitator/participant workbooks, manuals, job aids) - Evaluating training scores, prepare reports& identifying its effectiveness. - Provide Orientation, Behavioural & Skill Development Trainings - Verify Cross Trainings, On the Job trainings & Functional Trainings that are conducting in the Club - Prepared & Updated Standard Operation Policies, Implemented Competency Based Job Descriptions - Assists with establishing guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters. - Participate in the development of the Training budget as required. - Training Feedback analysis & Interpretation - Ensure Maximum Guest Satisfaction by inculcation Excellent Customer Service, Etiquettes & consistent Motivation Show less
