I first saw Nima a few years ago at a company that was responsible for constructing oil and gas platforms. I was the manager of a construction engineering team at the time, and Nima had just joined the team as a young engineer. At first I did not think that it could be very effective due to the lack of experience at that time. But after a very short time, his speed of learning and his technical engineering abilities surprised everyone. Nima quickly learned all the necessary software and after a while I realized that I can count on him a lot. Nima was very hardworking and paid a lot of attention to details that may be overlooked by many other people. But in addition to all these abilities, he was very friendly with all his colleagues, and the important point is that as long as we worked together for several years, there was the same interest and desire to learn new things in Nima. I highly recommend Nima to any company that wants to have an accurate employee with high engineering abilities, very creative and with a team spirit.
