I am working systematically with streamline both the handling of the administrative flow and the handling of the products so that we can be more efficient and use the time for meeting our customers.As leader I’m meticulous that everyone understands where we are headed and what goals we have to achieve but in deciding how we will achieve this I involve my team and let them with some guidence find the way to success. In my experience this is a very effective way to get whole team to have the same focus. Within a matrix organisation I have pretty much the same approach but I often need to put more effort in explaning the winnings for the department/division. “whats in it for them”. When the goals are set I become quite demanding and goal oriented and I’m expecting results.
