As a Logistic Manager in Plantagen I am responsible for the whole chain of supply from our producers to the customer. This includes everything from domestic transporters in Asia via sea fright to our central warehouse for delivery to our stores and customers.Plantagens central warehouse is a bonded warehouse with a 3pl solution where we work close together with our supplier and constantly strive to improve our KPI:s My team has the responsibility and authority to make decisions in the daily operations and I believe that this is necessary to be as efficient as possible. One of our key projects to be more efficient is to prepack containers in Asia for direct delivery to our stores without bypassing our central warehouse. This will enable us to cut handling and cost in our chain of supply. Show less

Part of the supplychain management team where we have initiated and completed several large projects that has put Plantasjen in front of its competionI´m Responsible for the stockvalues and the storelogistics in apx 140 stores in Sweden, Norway and Finland and together with the logistic managers in the countries I am focusing on reducing stockvalues and at the same time increase the availibillity towards the customer. I am working systematically with streamline both the handling of the administrative flow and the handling of the products so that we can be more efficient and use the time for meeting our customers. As leader I’m meticulous that everyone understands where we are headed and what goals we have to achieve but in deciding how we will achieve this I involve my team and let them with some guidence find the way to success. In my experience this is a very effective way to get whole team to have the same focus. Within a matrix organisation I have pretty much the same approach but I often need to put more effort in explaning the winnings for the department/division. “whats in it for them”. When the goals are set I become quite demanding and goal oriented and I’m expecting results. I’m also very present as a leader so that I can coach end help my collegues which I belive gives them the confident to succeed with the task at hand. Show less
