I have done work for Nils and had him help find space for us for a new office in Dallas, and can honestly say I'm very impressed with him. He has done more than I would have expected him to do for me with locating our Dallas office being he is not even in that market. My cousin and I worked with Nils on the listing and selling of our commercial property in Minneapolis after a previous Broker failed to get us an acceptable offer after a year on the market. Admittedly, this was a very difficult building to sell, due to it's older condition. After this Nils quickly brought in an ALL CASH, QUICK CLOSE (that 3rd initial buyer) who agreed to all of our terms. The deal is now closed, our money is in the bank and we couldn't be happier with the service, communication skills and outcome of working with Nils Snyder!
