In the time I've worked with Nils on various Funcom projects, he's been an integral part of our production teams and has fostered an efficient and friendly environment across teams and disciplines. His presence noticeably improved our communication, reduced time spent solving problems, and he was a fantastic colleague to be around - being very approachable and invested in problem solving, he made it very easy to bring up issues and was particularly understanding of working with artists and the unique complications that emerge in an art department. His quick acting and proactive thinking helped resolve many problem situations on time, and he has been very responsive and genuinely listens to experts of the other disciplines. I strongly endorse him for running show on any production.

As associate producer at Paradox Arctic I've been in charge of the Pillars of Eternity porting project from PC to Playstation 4 and Xbox One, as well as an unannounced cancelled clausewitz game. My duties have included creating and maintaining staffing plans, keeping track of the budget and schedule of whatever project I'm in charge of, monitoring major risks and ensuring there exists a mitigation plan for them, as well as coaching developers in Agile principles and values.

At Securitas I worked as a security guard, with my working tasks varying depending on the customer. Night shifts were focused on the safety of buildings, I would visit several customers buildings (factories, offices, etc) multiple times over the course of a night to ensure that everything is locked down, and that there were no fire hazards. My presence was also meant to ward off possible burglars. At GreyLight Entertainment I was in charge of Production, Sound Design and Business, though I also delved some into the level design when it was needed. The company was founded to create the horror game called Stairs, which we finished and got published on steam via the american publisher Digital Tribe Games.
