I have a consulting company where I offer my services. I primarilly focus on consulting within computer networks, but I'm also available for other projects and tasks within IT. At the moment I'm involved in the integration project after Cargill bought EWOS. Here we will change all the network infrastructure to Cargill standards. The project is running in all 5 countries (Norway, Scotland, Canada, Chile and Vietnam) where EWOS is represented. I have a consulting company where I offer my services. Was moved to EWOS when the company was sold out of Cermaq. Currently working with the Global network where we mainly have technologies from Cisco and Juniper. The first 6 months I spent much of my time supporting Cermaq and the new infrastructure they installed before the split of the Cermaq and EWOS infrastructure. EWOS got bought by Cargill during the Autumn in 2015. After that we started an integration Project where I have been working on the integration of the EWOS systems into Cargill. Working with the global network for Cermaq ASA where we have mostly technologies from Cisco and Juniper. Currently we are running our firewalls as Netscreen devices or Juniper SRX devices controlled from an NSM from Juniper.The rest of the network is based on Cisco switches and AP's. From Norway we are controlling all the firewalls globally in the organization and we are giving recommendations and 3'rd line support to the other countrys if needed at any time on the Cisco equipment.I have also lived in Chile and Canada in some periods to do training and partly to work as an IT manager in Canada.Highly involved in the project to split the IT systems for EWOS and Cermaq where we have to build a brand new infrastructure for Cermaq ASA.During the time in Cermaq I was also involved in the IT security and was included in the IT security group in Cermaq.In addtition to the network systems I also helped out managing the webfilter (Triton Websense), the system monitoring software (BigBrother) and Splunk Show less

Started out as an apprentice the 2 first years. During that period I was involved in almost every task you could get involved in an IT department. During the period after I mostly worked with production systems for the fishfeed factory and to maintain the connectivity for these. I did also work a lot with the datacenter for EWOS and did most of the physical work in the datacenter. I also took a VMWare certification and was responsible for the system.
