Producing food in the desired quality & quantity while taking scientific principles into account. Fulfilling every key position on 4 production lines. Experience in working with portal robots & multi-axis robots.Filling or packaging of food:Planning the filling or packaging and setting up the systems. Putting the systems into operation and fill or pack food in the desired quantity & quality. Experience in working with horizontal & vertical flow wrap packaging machines, multihead weighers, slicers, vision systems, X-Rays & clip-closing units. Experience in working with 8 different packaging machines incl. three different vendors. Quality control of the packaging & finished product. Worked in an ISO 14644 Class 5 Cleanroom for Toastbread packaging.Ensuring sustainability:Understanding the quality management system, the legal requirements and the hygiene rules and implementing them.
